Alelyckan Open

Larsson beats Lundberg in a tough final but the strongest performance in this tournament was undoubtedly Vennersten's. His third place was a major break-through and one will have to watch out for him in the future.

BMM
Very strong results for Gothenburg in English Open. Hans Mullamaa won the Veteran's title and is still unbeaten in the Veteran's Class. Granberg played well in the A-Class and won a couple of games. Majetic lost against the finalist  in the C-Class. Eide also lost against finalist in the B-Class. We congratulate Hans Mullamaa for his victory in the Vet's Class. Well done. Swedish Championships

BMM
Many medals for Gothenburg in the Swedish Championships. The family Mullamaa/Johansson takes silver & gold. The Linse family take two medals. Larsson reaches his second quarterfinal in the A-Class. Most memorable moment from tournament must be Bittár and Mullamaa's final in the Veteran's Class. Bittár just won but it was a tough struggle to the very last point. Check the homepage here.

Fredrik Linse won the B-Class in his comeback. 7 out of the 10 strongest players on the ranking participated in the A-Class. Larsson won his 7th title in a row. Granberg came second.
